FAQ’s

We recommend dropping off your dog before 9:00 AM so they can comfortably join the group play activities. Pickup times are flexible during business hours. Please call ahead if you would like to request grooming or a bath before pickup.

To help your dog feel relaxed and comfortable, you may bring a personal item with your scent such as a blanket, t-shirt, or small towel. Familiar scents can help reduce stress and make your dog feel more at home.

Your dog will enjoy a balanced day filled with supervised playtime, exercise, social interaction, rest periods, and plenty of care and attention. Our goal is to keep every dog happy, active, and comfortable throughout their stay.

Puppies should generally be at least 12–16 weeks old and have completed their first rounds of vaccinations before joining daycare or boarding. This helps ensure a safe and healthy environment for all dogs in our care.
